This is the application form for renewing as a 1 Year Associate member paid by Direct Debit. To use this option you need to hold a UK Bank Account. 1 year membership by Direct Debit is £80 per Year. It is only available to applicants with a UK Bank Account and a UK or EU Postal Address. You will be contacted by AOPA UK prior to expiry of your 1 Year membership and advised of renewal options. To complete the Direct Debit Mandate you will need your bank account details to hand. On submission of this form you will be redirected to a secure external link to set up your Direct Debit mandate. This service is provided by GoCardless, who will manage payments and advise payment notices by email.
